The imperial project of the Mongols was based not only on conquering technologies, most effective for their time, but also new technologies mobilizing, centralizing and managing resources necessary further conquests. important tool mobilizing resources, both human material, population census, which had a general character covered significant part inhabited world – from China to Rus’ principalities.
